Waterstone Video Production

WaterStone is headed by Carol Dana, a writer/producer with more than 20 years of experience in the video and broadcast industry. She draws on that expertise to create budget-sensitive videos that consistently exceed clients’ expectations—and that also regularly earn top industry awards.

We produce videos for varied purposes — fundraising, special events, exhibitions, educational/ informational, promotional, broadcast and the web. Our programs have explored such topics as the environment, arts/culture, history, social issues, education, health and spirituality.

We provide full concept-to-completion video production services, as well as offering a la carte scriptwriting and producing services.

How We Work

The groundwork for a successful video starts long before the cameras begin to roll. Before embarking on a project, we ask questions: Is the video meant to educate, celebrate, raise funds or raise awareness? Will it be shown at a black-tie dinner, at a high-profile conference, on the web or on TV?

Once we have a firm grasp of the video’s goals, we begin our research, working closely with our clients to identify the themes and find the stories that will resonate with the audience. The concept phase follows, as we determine how to tell those stories in the most engaging, yet economical, way.

WaterStone handles the research, conceptualization, interviewing, scriptwriting, production coordination and management. We assemble a team of trusted videographers and editors tailored to each project's needs and work with state-of-the-art production facilities to bring the project to completion.
